10:24 pm	We appear to always be on the go Today's lifestyle is high-energy and fast-paced, and the latest in technology has provided us the ability to be productive regardless of where we're physically located. But along the way, sometimes it is a good idea to stop, take a deep breath and revel in a brief moment of downtime... short movies ... and watch a brief film! However, there are different opinions as to what exactly constitutes a short, let's presume that the film of 30 minutes or less is really a "short". You’ve undoubtedly seen the short cartoons that precede feature presentations at movies. And although companies such as Pixar have created a full library of popular animated short films, as a whole the short film category has not yet gained widespread popularity. But all this is going to change. As the pace of life increases, that valuable downtime keeps decreasing. This reduction in spare time isn't about to change anytime soon. However with the advancements in technology that provides universal internet access and streaming HD video on mobile devices like the ipad and iPhone, an ideal storm is brewing for any new media format to emerge which will meet that increasing demand for mobile entertainment.
